Please submit up to three (3) abstract(s) for consideration and complete the financial relationships and release sections. We will be in touch within 2 weeks of submission to advise if your abstract(s) have been accepted for presentation. PLEASE NOTE that abstract presenters must register for the course in order to give their presentations.
